8 Part Yoga for Integrated Life with Rachel

Spend 75 minutes exploring classical Ashtanga Yoga.. the Yoga of 8 limbs/facets/practices/parts. This experience will emphasize the 3 limbs of Asana (postures) Pranayama (breathwork) and Dhyana (meditation) , in that order…and provide insights to ponder and incorporate into your daily rhythms on the remaining 5 limbs: Niyamas (do’s) Yamas (don’ts) Pratyahara (control of the senses) Dharana (concentration) and maybe Samadhi (super conscious state.. highest yoga)
Rachel (Kamala Devi) leads this class with periods of deep stretch and deep relaxation. Come with the intention to dedicate this time to being with yourself. All Levels Welcome.
