All Levels Yoga with Rachel

An enlightening community experience. Exploring yoga and philosophy through Ashtanga (the 8 Limbs) in a series of postures which builds strength and fluid movement. We invite you to keep your yoga practice rooted in self-awareness and compassion as we live our truth in daily presence. We will offer simple modifications to create an open and playful morning practice. Welcome All Levels.
