Explore the vast knowledge of Yoga systematically. Join our newest instructor Rachel for class rooted in tradition. Having recently completed a month long immersion in Yoga Vedanta at Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat, Rachel offers a class ripe with knowledge, intention and gratitude – while paying homage to ancient teachings proven to increase vitality and calm the mind. This mid-week class will have an emphasis on restorative postures and breath-work.
