An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Monday, repeating until December 18, 2017
Engage your radiance through yoga and meditation to cultivate a more serene state of mind. Practice a sequence of postures to build stamina and support late summer and fall wellness both on the mat and out into your life. This is a ‘come as you are class’, and we will respect all levels of practice and experience. Each class will include pranayama (breath extension) and meditation.
