It’s an opportunity to connect the listener  through the breath with their body and bring full awareness of feeling the physical  and emotional. \nOn a very basic level\, these practices help increase self awareness\, release stress  and relax the body which alone is a great step to an easier life. On a deeper level  this journey increases inner strength\, willpower and creativity. We invite you to join  us and experience sound as medicine. \nA note on props: Props are important for this experience.
