Join us for a beautiful evening of authentic Rebirthing Breathwork and an inner dimensional sound journey with Ananda Bologna\, Ashby Underwood\, and Dr. Nicholas Demetry.  The cusp of spring is a potent time for a guided ceremonial experience to bring clarity and new energy to your life creations. \nWe will begin our evening with a circle of connection and movement\, listening for our personal intentions. Ananda will introduce the Breathwork practice. Ashby and Ananda are intuitive Massage Therapists and will gently adjust each person’s body with bolsters to create a supportive space.
