Basics & Beginners Yoga w/ Diane

In this foundations class you will learn the break-down of classic yoga poses in order to gain support and stamina from deep within your own body. Tender knees and/or wrists are welcome here. Learn how to safely practice yoga without excessive weight bearing movements on your joints. This is a low impact class.
