Develop bone strength and a postural reset with this Pilates-inspired practice. The bones are the deepest tissue of the body, we do not want hollow bones! Learn about “intrinsic endurance” – how our bones make more bone when properly weighted. Beth and Ashby will rotate as teachers for this class meeting Mondays at 3pm. This is a 4 week series – our specialty series for summer. $25 / or $80 for 4 classes. Register for your first class and pay balance when you arrive for series.
