The Wisdom of the Body sequence is a deep reset for the over-active mind and creates a sense of being ‘alright in the world’ inside yourself. How we move is how we do anything. This gentle teaching style is easy on the body, energetic and balancing for the spine and joints. We may ask you to move slowly and to feel, not push or strain. All levels welcome.
