Pilates focuses on engaging the mind and body together to create exercises that involves the whole person. Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, increases coordination and decreases stress. In this Foundations class we will journey through the body from bottom to top, front to back, and center to periphery to ignite graceful, efficient movement off the mat and into your daily life.
