In our fast-paced society we can become accustomed to our sense of urgency. Give yourself the gift of slowing down. Slow Flow is an easy paced class suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Mindfully moving and breathing, you’ll find strength and steadiness in the body and mind. We will focus on seated and standing yoga postures and refrain from wrist bearing postures.
