6pm Welcome. Introductions. Setting the container. Grounding In. Shifting outdated mindsets. Receptivity.
6:30pm Restorative Yoga Practice to reset your nervous system and attune to deep rest led by Rose Mary White
7:45 Candle-gazing and Opening to Intuition w/ Ashby
8pm Winter Mindset and Soul Song in Journal Session with Ashby Underwood
8:30pm Ceremony for the Senses: Tea Ceremony and Dessert

Sunday Day Jan 28
8:30am Arrive and Settle In
9am to 10am Gentle Yoga Flow with Rose Mary
10am to 11:15 Ayurveda Self-Massage practice and discussion on using oils for detoxification with Ashby
11:30-1pm Nutrient-rich Lunch & Talk on the Winter of Food, Digestion and Nourishment. Do we cleanse or nourish this time of year? Best practices and cultural Issues around fasting and eating with Ashby
1pm Nature Walk and Forest Bath: Presenting Practice
2:30pm Yin Yoga Practice : Balancing our Impulse and Meditation in the body led by Rose Mary
3:30pm Closing Circle
