All bodies and body-types explore classical yoga through a series of postures which build strength and fluid movement. We will offer simple modifications to create an open and playful morning practice. Welcome All Levels. (Absolute Beginners: please see our Yoga 101 Foundations Course Offerings).

This positive movement and breath practice is designed for the students in the room to achieve (1) Deeper breath capacity (2) Easy flowing postural balance.

In this class we will use all props and bolsters available to support your body into a rest state in each of the postures presented.
