This positive movement and breath practice is designed for the students in the room to achieve (1) Deeper breath capacity (2) Easy flowing postural balance.
All bodies and body-types explore classical yoga through a series of postures which build strength and fluid movement. We will offer simple modifications to create an open and playful morning practice. Welcome All Levels. (Absolute Beginners: please see our Yoga 101 Foundations Course Offerings).
