Moving
Bring balance to specific issues such as musculoskeletal aberrations including scoliosis, lower and upper back pain, neck pain, sciatica, or hip pain and dysplasia.
Breathing
Create ritual and connection to life purpose by deepening your capacity for a spacious breath.
Eating
Heal gut dysbyosis, damage from antibiotics and processed foods. Learn a holistic approach to reducing inflammation in your connective tissue.
Thinking
Manage attention deficit disorder, sleep disorders, fatigue, depression, and anxiety (may refer for additional support).
Relaxing
Manage high blood pressure and reduce stress through general cleansing, proper skincare, and self-massage.

Get a 1-on-1 consultation and one 90 minute yoga session for $150.
Ongoing Sessions
Schedule private 60 minute sessions as needed for $100 each.
